Condolence: The family of Robert (RJ), Sadden to learn of the passing of your love one(RJ). I met him in 1970 in Marianna, Arkansas. He had just started to work at the DHS department.I was doing my students teaching in Elementary Education at Anna Strong Marvis Phillips also was students teaching in Biology at the High school in Marianna, Arkansas. She and I were best friends. I introduce Marvis to Robert (RJ) they became the best of friends. Later they marriage and moved to Hot Spring, Arkansas. About 7 years later I came to visit them. I also spend a few night with two of his sisters in Little Rock, Arkansas about 1970. He was always a gentleman and very out going and fun to be around. I am praying for courage, strength, comfort, peace, and healing for the family today and the days ahead.
